A FA (Football Association) irá dar um grande incentivo aos jovens futebolistas Ingleses, através da Football Foundation (Fundação Futebol), a FA pretende investir cerca de 170 milhões de euros nos próximos 3 anos. The FA (Football Association) will provide a major incentive for young English footballers, through the Football Foundation (Football Foundation), the FA wants to invest around 170 million euros in next 3 years. Em associação com a Premier League eo Governo Britânico, parte desse investimento (cerca de 19 milhões de euros) serão para que Football Foundation continue o seu trabalho e se torne na maior entidade de caridade desportiva no Reino Unido. A Fundação Futebol tem mais de 5.000 projectos para melhorar instalações desportivas e criar oportunidades para os jovens que desejem praticar o desporto. Este investimento por parte da Federação Inglesa de futebol, vai de encontro as pretensões de fomentar a pratica do futebol no país, de forma a continuar a formar jogadores Ingleses e combater a invasão de estrangeiros nas Ligas Britânicas.
